A well-established company based in Castle Donington are looking for an experienced customer service person for a 12-month contract to help in the service support department. This role is fast paced and varied and will include helping customers who have faults with their products.
- Taking calls from customers who are having problems with their products
- Answering calls and getting details of the issues
- Create a case on CRM and log all the issues
- Arranging for technical to go out and fix the problem
- General administration
They are looking for someone who can multitask, remain calm under pressure and have good communication skills on the phone. The role is fully office based, hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch, 25 days holiday and a salary of 26,000 to 27,500 per annum.
