Pyramid8 are recruiting for an experienced Telesales Executive to work in an established business in Castleford. They have developed an excellent history of providing high quality products and solutions to a varied portfolio of Clients and offer an excellent working environment.

They are looking for an enthusiastic B2B Appointment Setter & Lead Generator to arrange security sales and surveys for our sales team. The key aspect of this role will involve generating quality leads and verified appointments. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established and growing business. You will be researching businesses by sector/postcode in order to generate leads and enquiries for our business. A database of contacts will not be provided.

You will liaise closely with the Directors; support and guidance will be provided. This will include product training.

The role is a great opportunity to develop within our business and the right candidate will be provided with opportunities to expand their career within the office based Team should they wish.

Basic salary - 27,000 per annum + attractive commission structure with uncapped OTE

Update customer information in the current database

Contacting potential clients to discuss their current arrangements

Pro-actively find prospects - cold calling/emailing

Book, confirm and organise appointments

Deliver excellent customer service.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate should have excellent telephone communication with good people skills and must be comfortable presenting our services over the phone.

Previous experience within a B2B Appointment Setting role

Proven track record of successfully meeting targets, primarily over the phone

Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects

Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
