With five divisions and nearly 3,500 people, there's plenty to get stuck into, and plenty of opportunities to make a real difference.What you'll be doing:??Managing your own ledger(s) and ensuring payments are collected within agreed terms.??Working across multiple business divisions and collaborating with stakeholders to reduce invoice queries.??Preparing monthly ledger reports, identifying variances, and proactively resolving issues.??Supporting the Credit Control Team Leader and Credit Manager with ad hoc projects and process improvements.What we're looking for:??At least 2 years of experience in Credit Control, ideally in a fast-paced or complex business environment.??Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with systems like Sage 200 and Sidetrade (or similar platforms).??Someone who's confident, resilient, and solutions-focused-able to balance day-to-day cash collection with longer-term improvements.??Experience in construction industry collections (applications & retentions) would be a bonus, but not essential.??MCICM part-qualified or fully qualified is desirable, but again, not a deal-breaker.Why this role?
