Our client, based in Castleford, has a brand-new and exciting opportunity for a Generator Engineer to join their growing team renewable team. This role requires a strong working generators, electrical systems, and diesel-powered equipment. A working knowledge of Solar is also a plus bit this can be trained.

Key Responsibilities
Perform repairs on renewable products as required (generators and battery storage units)
* Carry out preventative maintenance, servicing, health checks, MPBA Electrical and Solar PV Testing, in line with company guidelines and legislative requirements (mandatory MPBA & Solar PV training will be provided).
* Install and set up renewable products at customer sites.
* Complete site handovers, working alongside the Product Support team to ensure successful installation and providing coaching to site team members on equipment use and maintenance.
* Sign off completed sites, ensuring all equipment is fully operational and that site agents are confident in managing and maintaining systems.
Skills & Experience Required
* 18th Edition Electrical qualified
* Proven experience working with generators and diesel systems
* Driving Licence required
