This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience, whether you're a recent graduate, aspiring teacher, or experienced educator.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Support students in their learning and maintain high standards of safeguarding.
• Work across a range of subjects and year groups in secondary settings.

• A degree or relevant experience working with young people.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Availability for flexible work across the week.

• Dedicated consultant support from a local team.
• Opportunities for CPD and career development.
