Planner – Civil Engineering & Groundworks

Based in West Yorkshire
Full-Time | Temp to Perm Position
Salary: Negotiable DOE

We are recruiting on behalf of our client – a well-established and reputable Civil Engineering & Groundworks Contractor – for an experienced Planner.

The Role:

You will initially be assisting & working alongside our current planner with a view to developing the skills necessary to take on your own projects.

The role will include:

  • Assist the commercial & site teams in the process of tenders
  • Maintain the overall labour plan
  • Prepare phasing plans/work schedules
  • Prepare and maintain information required schedules.
  • Keeping recording of drawing for each project and making sure they are uploaded to correct records and client portals.
  • Attend meeting with clients.
  • Attend internal prestart meetings.
  • Attend meeting with the internal teams
  • Assist with the keeping the operation and maintenance manuals up to date.
  • Maintain, develop & implement the company planning procedures.
  • Working with other departments providing assistance as & when required
