Chef de partie- Leisure £30,000 - Caterham area
We are currently on a look out for a permanent Chef de partie who enjoys cooking fresh food and will take responsibility for elements of the kitchen including preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to agreed standards at this leisure outlet.
The restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily to members.
Key Information:
* Salary: £30,000
* Hours: 5/7 days on mixed shifts , no late evenings, straight shifts. 45 hours a week.
Chef de partie responsibilities:
* Supporting the Head chef with writing menus and developing a brigade
* Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
* Develop and train the junior members of the team
* Understand aspects of P&L and budgeting
* Support the Head Chef in maintaining, ordering, and controlling food stocks within a budget
* To ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect to the set standards
Chef de partie requirements:
* Experience at similar Level or
* Passionate about food
* Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
