About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Administrator to support the Chairman's Office. This role requires a confident administrator with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Executive Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient administrative support to the Chairman's Office staff, utilising MS Office Suite and internal software, ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Organise meetings and manage associated logistics, including booking rooms, arranging catering, greeting visitors, and offering refreshments.
  • Requisition and maintain office supplies and stationery for the Chairman's Office.
  • Undertake any other administrative or secretarial duties commensurate with the role.

The ideal Executive Administrator will have / be:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to learn internal software systems.
  • Attention to detail with strong record-keeping and file management skills.
