Your experienceYou’ll have solid experience in print production and people management. You know your way around large format printing, finishing equipment, and maybe even vinyl installation. You’re confident managing schedules, stock, and workflow, and you’re comfortable with CRM systems. Most importantly, you know what it takes to deliver a high-quality product on time, every time.
What you’ll be doing with your experience in this roleYou’ll take full ownership of the print department, leading a small team of production operatives and vinyl wrappers or fitters. You’ll plan and control production schedules with care and precision, making sure every project runs smoothly. You’ll still be hands-on when needed, setting the standard for quality and work ethic. From managing stock levels to keeping jobs moving, you’ll make sure everything runs like clockwork while creating a positive, collaborative environment for your team.
