Based near Caterham, this hybrid role is available to applicants within approximately 25 miles from the office.
THE ROLE:
Overall, you will liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments to project manage sales orders, whilst delivering high levels of customer service. This includes:
- Being the first point of contact for existing customers to provide excellent customer service
- Support senior account managers with projects
- Brief the designteam and assist withproduct sourcing
- Process sales orders, and other administrative duties
- Arrange deliveries
- Work with suppliers to avoid delays
- Produce weekly reports on the status of accounts
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Experience of sales administration, sales account management
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Exceptional people skills the clients can easily warm to
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT literate (Microsoft programmes)
- 32,000 - 36,000, dependent on experience
