A global promotions and premiums agency working primarily on merchandise for new globalmoviereleases is recruitinga Sales Account Manager to join their team.

Based near Caterham, this hybrid role is available to applicants within approximately 25 miles from the office.

THE ROLE:
Overall, you will liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments to project manage sales orders, whilst delivering high levels of customer service. This includes:
  • Being the first point of contact for existing customers to provide excellent customer service
  • Support senior account managers with projects
  • Brief the designteam and assist withproduct sourcing
  • Process sales orders, and other administrative duties
  • Arrange deliveries
  • Work with suppliers to avoid delays
  • Produce weekly reports on the status of accounts
For this hybrid role you must have a suitable and quiet place to work from home.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
The company operate in a fast-paced, high-energy international environment and therefore are looking for a very special person:
  • Experience of sales administration, sales account management
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Exceptional people skills the clients can easily warm to
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT literate (Microsoft programmes)
