My client is looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting candidate to join their Human Resources team.
Based at their head office, the role will involve:- Day-to-day processing of time and attendance records- Monitoring absenteeism and holidays - Processing changes to terms and conditions of employment- Co-ordinate return to work absence control forms- Ensuring return to work forms are completed by the appropriate manager- Administering contracts of employment- Setting up new starters on the database- Creating and maintaining personnel files- Communicate with internal and external partners
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail must be important to you, as is a getting it right first time attitude, a positive approach and a commitment to providing first-class customer service.
You will have the ability to multi task; have a flexible approach to work, with good basic administration, computer and numeracy skills.Full training will be provided in a variety of tasks within the HR function. What you need to do now:
