About the Role:

Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that address diverse learning needs
Modify teaching approaches to improve accessibility and student engagement
Establish a positive, well-organised classroom environment that promotes student success
Collaborate closely with SENCOs, support teams, and families to support student progress
Encourage student confidence and independence through innovative and creative teaching techniques

The ideal candidate will:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience supporting students with SEND
Effective classroom management and strong communication abilities
Proactive, flexible, and responsive teaching approach
Dedicated to delivering impactful and meaningful learning experiences
Highly organised with a strong commitment to student growth and development
