Our client, a leader in the water construction industry, is seeking a Skilled Groundworker to join their team for a contract position based at Chalgrove Sewage Treatment Works in OX44 7RW.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring site compliance with safety protocols and procedures
  • Executing a variety of groundworks including drainage, ducting, and concreting
  • Collaborating effectively with the team to complete project requirements
  • Reading and interpreting project plans and specifications
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Performing quality checks and ensuring standards are met


Job Requirements:

  • CSCS Card is essential
  • Experience in groundwork's on civil engineering or water industry projects
  • Possession of a Thames Water Passport - essential for site access (we can help with this)
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
  • Knowledge of drainage, ducting, concreting, and general groundwork's
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
