What you'll be doing
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Production Controller at our Chalgrove, Oxfordshire site. You will be responsible for processing data items and supporting shipping processes related to high-performance aerospace components. The role involves working closely with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure defect-free products are delivered in line with Health & Safety regulations.
You will have the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders and play an important part in ensuring the on-time delivery of customer orders, high production throughput, and that stock levels and work in progress are kept at optimal levels.

You'll help us listen to customers, support them in deploying our product effectively, and act as a knowledgeable representative of our business.
Aspects of the role will include:
- Working proactively with the PC, PED and QA departments to support the production plan and ensure corrective actions are introduced to eliminate defects.
- Processing of contract data requirement lines.
- Management of customer orderbook and delivery reports.
- Back-up handling of deliveries to the Shipping department.
- Collation and review of production paperwork for presentation for customer review.
- Checking completed packing / production cards for booking-in errors.
Characteristics & Skills
- Familiarity with US Government packing and shipping requirements would be highly beneficial.
- Experience in data processing and process coordination within a technical environment.
- Experience with planning and organising.
- Able to demonstrate solid data analysis and accurate typist skills.
- A keen eye for detail and thorough when checking own work.
- English and Maths GCSE C+ or above or equivalent.
- Strong alignment with the core values and mission of the organisation.
