The Role
As an Early Years Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive teaching to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Foster a nurturing classroom environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Work closely with support staff and parents to ensure each child thrives and progresses.
- Contribute to planning and assessment, ensuring a stimulating and developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Requirements
To be considered for the Early Years Teacher role, you must:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent Early Years qualification.
- Have recent experience teaching within the EYFS.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and the Early Years curriculum.
- Be adaptable, resilient, and committed to promoting the best outcomes for all pupils.
