As a Clinical Lead, you will:
- Assess and supervise all aspects of client care needs, providing health supervision and direct nursing care.
- Evaluate social and healthcare needs of new clients and maintain ongoing assessments for all clients.
- Ensure client care plans are completed and maintained in line with NMC guidelines and company policy.
- Administer prescribed medications and document as per procedures.
- Maintain integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs.
- Supervise and instruct junior staff, offering guidance and support.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
