We are currently recruiting for experienced Press Brake Setter/Operators using Amada machines in Chard to start as soon as possible. Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right person.
Shift:
- Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday 08:00 to 14:00
Pay:
- From £13 to £16 per hour - depending on experience
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Ability to set machine in most effective way.
- Skilled machine operator with LVD experience or similar
- Knowledge of machine tooling.
- Reliable with good time keeping and attendance.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Selection and setting of tools for parts to be produced.
- Run first off part from program and carry out first off inspection.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested.
