As a Chef de Partie you will be part of a small team working within the hospitality & events kitchen, supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the day to day running of this large operation.

Producing food to the highest standards is essential at this premium site, using the finest ingredients available. The site is divided between hospitality & restaurant which can range from, fine dining, bowl food, canapes, events and more.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
