Amazing opportunity within this premium contract catering site for a highly skilled and driven Head Chef. In the heart of The City of London, working for one of the leading contract caterers.

You will be responsible for running the staff restaurant, catering for up to 1000 people on a daily basis. With an incredibly demanding client there is no margin for error, and strong man management skills are essential. Managing a team of 11 Chef's, within a well equipped air conditioned kitchen.

The ideal Head Chef should preferably come with experience from within a high end B&I site/5 star hotel and experience catering for large numbers. You will need to have strong organisational skills and the ability to think on the spot with a creative mind and strong knowledge of world food.
