A great opportunity has arisen to work for a social housing provider in North London for a Trades Supervisor on an ongoing contract basis. The Trades Supervisor will be required to manage, motivate, and guide the team of trades operatives to ensure an excellent delivery and quality response repairs and pre inspections. The Trades Supervisor will be supplied with a van.

Pay Rate:
* �29ph (umbrella rate)

The Trades Supervisor will be required to have:
* Understanding the use of the Natfed 7.1 SOR codes
* Planning the work from inspection to completion
* Inspections internally and externally on sites
* Understanding basic build regs
* Good IT experience of the use of computer and tablet
* Good communication with the team, supply chains, residents and leaseholders
* Team player
* Ownership of work
* Site H&S knowledge
