Yard Operative!
I am currently searching for a Yard Operative / FLT Driver to assist my client in Aberdeen.
Job title: Yard Operative / FLT Driver
Location: Aberdeen
Pay rate: 14.42
Start date: ASAP
Length of assignment: temporary to permanent, providing a successful 6 month probation
Duties include:
- Operating the forklift in the yard / around the site
- Moving, stacking, loading and unloading products
- Ensuring the yard is kept organised and clean
- Communicating with colleagues and management about any issues or concerns
- Assisting with other duties as and when required / as instructed by management - this will include manual tasks, working at heights and heavy lifting
Requirements:
- Experience in the Oil and Gas sector / a similar role is beneficial
- Forklift license is essential (must be B2 or above)
- Must be able to commit to a permanent role
- Driving license is desirable
- MUST be able to provide 2x working references
