Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in the delivery of daily educational activities within a KS2 classroom setting.
- Support the Class Teacher and Inclusion Manager in implementing lesson plans and inclusive education practices.
- Engage with children to facilitate interactive learning and help meet the curriculum goals.
- Monitor and support the progress of children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
- Prepare classroom materials and set up equipment necessary for daily activities.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
- Participate in staff development days and other training sessions as required.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification, or equivalent.
- Flexible and proactive approach to workload.
- Experience working in a KS2 environment is preferred.
- Strong commitment to promoting equality and inclusion.
