MERJE is seeking an experienced RCSA Support Lead for a leading consumer lending company on a 12- Month FTC. This specialist role within the First Line Risk team supports broader COO functions, focusing on risk reporting and profile assessment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of risk frameworks and senior management reporting.

Location: Chatham / Petersfield, with hybrid working options available

The Role

Key Responsibilities of the RCSA Support Lead:

  • Support delivery of all RCSA activity across COO, liaising with leaders to manage overall risks
  • Maintain rigorous change control over Risk profile contained in COO RCSA
  • Ensure timely and useful management information reporting on risk positions
  • Deputise for Manager when necessary
  • Support engagement and collaboration with 2nd and 3rd Line of Defence teams

Required knowledge and experience for the RCSA Support Lead role:

  • In-depth knowledge of 1st Line Risk Frameworks and Senior Management Reporting
  • Good understanding of credit cards, loans, and motor finance products
  • Experience in managing customer service and collections teams in a regulated environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Proven success in employee engagement improvements and regulatory knowledge
