The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support children’s learning, both in the classroom and through targeted small group or one-to-one interventions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and making a positive difference in children's daily school experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent qualification).
  • Has experience working in a primary school setting.
  • Is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping every child achieve their best.
  • Works well as part of a team and shows initiative and flexibility.
  • Understands the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
