We are looking for nurturing Classroom Teaching Assistants to support children across primary schools in Medway on a supply basis. This role involves working closely with class teachers to help deliver engaging lessons, support individual learning needs, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Ideal candidates will be patient, proactive, and passionate about helping children thrive both academically and socially. The Ideal Candidate Experience
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education
  • Experience supporting children and young people on a 1:1 and group basis
  • A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting learning and development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with teachers and other staff
  • An understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
