- Administer and maintain product and design solutions documentation.
- Provide documentation support to Engineering and Delivery teams.
- Own, prepare, and coordinate cost models, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Facilitate meetings and communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on products and solutions.
- Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, system designs, standard operating procedures, solution specifications, and test specifications.
- Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, digestible content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure all documentation meets company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, maintaining clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in administrative or coordinator roles.
- Engineering or technical background.
- Basic knowledge of electrical metering systems.
