Academics have been working in the industry for over 15 years and are seeking daily supply teachers to support our schools.
Whether you are an experienced teacher looking to reduce your workload, a newly qualified teacher looking to gain experience in a number of local schools, or simply looking to vary your teaching career, Academics can support you in your aspirations.
As a supply teacher, the work will be set by the school and provided to you daily, meaning that no preparation or planning is required.

- Be an excellent and inspirational class teacher, who demonstrates outstanding classroom practice and who has children at the heart of all they do
- Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative and ambitious
- Excellent communication skills
Requirements:
- DBS Certificate on the update service (Academics can assist you with this should you need to apply for one)
- MUST have a Teaching qualification (PGCE or QTS)
- Two professional references
- Right to work in the UK
