Recruitment Consultant - Early Years Sector

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing your own desk in the Early Years sector (with full support if you’re new)
• Building real relationships with clients and candidates – no scripts, no waffle
• Working at speed without sacrificing quality – we value action over talk
• Smashing targets, earning commission, and actually having fun doing it

What You Need:

For experienced recruiters:

• A track record of 360 recruitment success (any sector, Early Years is a bonus)
• Confidence, drive, and a "just get it done" attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-reward environment

For trainees:

No recruitment experience? No problem. If you’ve got:

• A solid work ethic
• Strong people skills
• A bit of grit
• And you're up for learning fast – we’ll teach you everything else
