Join our client as a dedicated Compliance Officer, working alongside the Director and Ops Manager to shape and grow a crucial business function.

What you'll do as a Compliance officer:

  • Stay ahead of HSE, ISO & COSHH regs
  • Develop and update company policies
  • Conduct audits, site inspections & risk assessments (RAMS) - One day per week on site
  • Manage accreditations (e.g. CHAS, Safe Contractor)
  • Deliver staff training on compliance & safety
  • Lead investigations and ensure corrective actions
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies
  • Organise and maintain compliance documentation

Experience:

  • Background in compliance, HSE, or environmental safety
  • Great eye for detail and self-management
  • Confident communicator and proactive mindset
  • ISO and COSHH experience is a big plus!
