Location: Chatham office ME4 6BB
Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (No Weekends)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing as a Service Administrator:

  • Providing administrative support to service operations.
  • Liaising with field engineers and coordinating site visits.
  • Managing client data, worksheets, and document uploads with precision.
  • Handling customer queries and preparing project invoices.
  • Supporting reporting tasks and data cross-referencing.
  • Answering calls and managing communications with professionalism.

What We're Looking For in a Service Administrator:

  • A minimum of 2 years' administrative or Customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and over the phone.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
