Secondary SEN Teacher / SEMH

Location: Chatham

The Role:

  • Teach and engage vulnerable classes, including one particularly challenging group

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, structured environment

Requirements:

  • Experience teaching in Secondary or SEN settings (Primary SEN teachers also considered)
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Resilience, reliability, and adaptability are essential
  • Open to ECTs and unqualified teachers with relevant experience
  • SEMH experience highly desirable
