Salary: £54,000

Location: Chatham

We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Engineering Team Leader to work for a very large industrial manufacturing company based Chatham. The Engineering Team Leader will play a key role in the planning and organizing of the engineering department and engineers on site. The Engineering Team Leader will have 5 direct reports and will in be involved in both hands on engineering work and management duties. This is a fantastic time to join the business as a Engineering Team Leader as they are rapidly expanding with opportunities to train and develop your skills. The ideal candidate needs to be multi skilled with a both electrical and mechanical skills.

Skills required for the Engineering Supervisor:

• Engineering Qualification in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Managing a team of up to 5 engineers 
• Experienced in using RCA, Lean, continuous improvement experience 
• Willing to get Hands on 
• Experience with planning and organising in a manufacturing environment 
• Organising and planning experience
