Logistics & Supply Coordinator

Location: Chatteris, Cambridgeshire area
Hours: Office based, 8am to 4:30pm
Salary: 28,000-32,000 (DOE)

We're looking for an organised, confident Logistics & Supply Coordinator to keep our trading activities, haulier schedules, and grower communications on track. This role is the glue between our yard, hauliers, growers, and customers, making sure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and with minimal fuss.

You'll be hands-on with admin, planning, and communication, supporting the Managing Director and wider trading team in ensuring smooth operations from field to customer.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating yard loading, grading plans, and haulier schedules to meet customer orders

  • Preparing all essential yard and office documentation

  • Maintaining accurate records, trading sheets, and costings in Sage/Excel

  • Liaising with growers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations

  • Managing agreed accounts, driving service levels, and minimising complaints

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in the produce industry

  • Strong administration and IT skills (Sage & Excel) with excellent attention to detail

  • A confident team player with great communication skills
