TIG Welder – Permanent, Full-TimeWe are working in partnership with a well-established and successful machine shop to recruit a skilled and versatile TIG Welder to join their growing business This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong background in TIG welding and metal fabrication.Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel
Fabricate and weld 3m3 waste boxes, storage and classing silos and assemblies to precise tolerances.
Grind and finish welds to achieve a clean and professional appearance.
Work accurately to technical drawings and specifications.
Assist in the development of new products, including basic jig and fixture fabrication.
Maintain excellent workmanship to meet industry standards.
Participate in both workshop-based and on-site welding projects as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in TIG welding, with a recent or current coding in TIG.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and the ability to work independently or within a team.
Background in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard.
Level 3 welding apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (preferred).
