Account Manager - Hybrid/Manchester or London - Up to £50k base with x2 OTE  One Consega Talent Solutions longstanding UK Microsoft partners has commissioned us with the search of an Account Manager, as they look to strengthen their UK Sales team.They are a Microsoft Specialist MSP, boasting a strong relationship with Microsoft directly and the Solution Partner recognitions to back that up, they are a great place for yu to build some credibility with your client base. The role itself will be hybrid new business/account management, you will be given some account base upon joining, but would be required to hunt, close and manage your own clients.  Responsibilities for the Microsoft Account Manager,
  • Prospect new logo accounts
  • Manage existing account base
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for target accounts
  • Schedule and attend customer meetings/online sessions to present the portfolio and demonstrate the solution
  • Successfully forecast and build a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Daily prospecting via phone, LinkedIn, email
  • Achieve and exceed sales target
  • Work with internal marketing and channel partners to drive activity
  • Manage inbound leads through to opportunities and closed business
  • Ensure accurate and predictable forecasting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  Skills/Experience
  • 3+ years track record - end user focused role ideally within mid-market/enterprise
  • Extensive knowledge of Managed Services (Microsoft, VMWare, Sophos)
  • Self-starter with a high-energy approach
  • Demonstrable selling skills with examples of mid-market project/account wins
  • Excellent oral/written communications skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Technically competent with an ability to learn and communicate the technical aspects of the solutions to a reasonable level of depth
  • Excellent customer engagement and relationship building skills
