Due to growth in our investment portfolio, we are looking for a highly capable and discrete Group Finance Director to lead the financial strategy and operations of Inspire Capital.

This unique role offers the opportunity to work closely with the principals, managing diverse assets and investments while safeguarding and growing family wealth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead financial strategy, reporting, and cashflow management.
  • Oversee investments, property portfolios, and family business interests.
  • Ensure compliance with UK tax, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise the principals on structuring, risk, and long-term planning.
  • Manage relationships with banks, advisers, and external partners.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with Board level finance leadership experience.
  • Background in a family office, or entrepreneurial SME
  • Strong commercial acumen, technical accounting skills, and tax knowledge.
  • Exceptional integrity, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
