A lovely charity is recruiting for L&D business Partner to join their business. Working in partnership with the senior L&D BP to execute the L&D strategy to meet current and future business needs. As a business partner you will be responsible to understand the digital literacy, procuring, designing and delivering learning and development activity.

Duties include:

  • Act as manager to associate L&D business partner(s), building Business Partnering skills and capacity.
  • Liaises with key functional heads alongside key stakeholders (Talent and HR) to support the delivery of a comprehensive and blended L&D provision.
  • Assists the Senior L&DBP with developing and executing L&D solutions that can respond to an increasingly digital era.
  • Ensure regular communication with all key departments through the Business Partner model.
  • Use technological advances to enhance our learner journeys through high quality learner content and experience management. Delivering responsive blended learning design for learning on the go and ensuring the skills required to access and engage with that content are built in the business.
  • To act as a mentor to the wider L&D team to build skill and capacity around business partnering and digital maturity.
  • Challenge the status quo and explore new techniques and learning solutions to keep ahead of the market.
  • Prepare the business for future learning solutions and eco-systems, baring in mind the transition needed
  • Ensure robust evaluation of own delivered content
  • Take personal responsibility for continuous improvement within the role and the team, always asking how we can improve the service we offer
  • Ensure ongoing development of a suite of resources to support employees and managers at all stages of their career development.
  • Work with the Head of HR&D and the Senior L&DBP with the scoping, procuring and developing of new learning and development systems.

To be considered you will be an experienced L&D Advisor or Business Partner with a proven ability to develop and deliver a blended learning approach to L&D. Experience in digital learning is essential. Ability to build relationships with and influence senior stakeholders.
