IT Support Technician - MSP - Cheadle - £25K-£28K DOE

As the IT Support Technician you will be joining a close knit and sociable Managed Service Provider with a large emphasis on the culture fit as much as technical ability.

As the IT Support Technician you will be given the authority to try and close tickets yourself or choose when to escalate them to a more senior member of the technical team, this gives you a much greater exposure to different problems and technology which can help to accelerate your own progression. The role will include some face to face customer support, so a full UK driver's license and access to their own vehicle is essential.

Key Skills required:

  • Experience in a similar Service Desk/MSP role
  • Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Active Directory
  • Proficient with M365
  • Networking knowledge - DNS, DHCP
  • Customer facing skills / Experience in a previous customer facing role
  • Full UK Drivers licence - essential
