Position: Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding
Location: North West , Remote / Field-Based
Salary: Up to 70,000 + enhanced bonus scheme
Hours: Mon - Fri 37.5 hour week

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our commercial team and take full ownership of new business development across you're the North West

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities across the UK in ocean, air, and road freight.
- Build strong client relationships and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the global freight market and trends.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in a field-based sales or BDM role within freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight (essential), with additional experience in air and road preferred.
- A well-connected network in the logistics sector and a strong hunter mentality.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.

- Base Salary up to 70,000
