About the Role
As the Recruitment Administrator you will support the smooth running of our office and recruitment processes. It is a varied role and fast-paced, offering a mix of administrative, candidate care, and office support responsibilities. You play a key role in ensuring both our consultants and candidates receive a professional, efficient, and welcoming service.

Recruitment Administration
- Adding new companies, contacts, and candidates onto our CRM system.
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Posting vacancies and creating engaging LinkedIn job canva’s.
- Writing and uploading job adverts.
- Keeping our CRM system accurate and up to date.
- Carrying out new starter check-in calls with placed candidates.
- Sending out congratulations cards/gifts to successful candidates starting new roles.

Office & Operations Support
- Acting as the first point of contact in the office, answering the main line and dealing with general enquiries (taking messages and forwarding calls as appropriate).
- Monitoring and responding to the enquiries email inbox.
- Ensuring the office is well-presented, tidy, and professional.

Finance Administration
- Monitoring invoices and diarising payment dates.
- Liaising with Davidson Gray to identify outstanding payments.
- Taking ownership of chasing overdue invoices, including following up with clients via phone to ensure prompt payment.

General
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Assisting with projects and tasks as workload dictates.

- A competitive salary of £12,000
