Personal Car Buyer

Salary: £27,000 basic + OTE £40,000-£50,000

Full-time | Office-Based | Rota Schedule (Including Weekends & Bank Holidays)

Are you passionate about cars and customer service?We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Personal Car Buyer to join our dynamic car finance team and guide customers through their full car-buying journey.

Must-Haves:

  • 12 to 18 months’ experience in a car finance brokerage (essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage tasks independently
  • Experience working towards and exceeding targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer-focused
  • Knowledge of the car buying industry

Role Purpose:

To deliver a first-class, end-to-end car buying experience for customers. You will support clients from initial contact through to sourcing their ideal vehicle, liaising with dealerships, and ensuring a seamless transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting pre-approved customers promptly via our system
  • Building strong rapport with both customers and dealerships
  • Understanding customer needs to match them with the right car
  • Securing the best deal with dealerships to suit customer budgets
  • Managing smooth, efficient transactions from enquiry to delivery
  • Collaborating with our Personal Assistance team for a full handover

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday, 9am-8pm on a rota basis
  • Flexibility is key — weekends and bank holidays required (with time off in lieu during the week)
  • Office-based role due to regulatory requirements
