As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our UK New Business team.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, email, internet research).
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Driven by results and motivated by targets or goals.
- Comfortable speaking with new people (face-to-face or on the phone)
Key Things You'll Learn:
- How to match the right candidate to the right role.
- Interviewing and screening techniques.
- How to handle objections, rejections and negotiations.
- Sales and pipeline management.
- Client relationship building.
