Responsibilities:

As our Order Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our sales team operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Order Management: Efficiently process and track sales orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Input customer orders into internal systems with precision, maintaining up-to-date and error-free records.
  • Database & Record Management: Organise, update, and manage customer databases and sales documentation for streamlined operations.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring they have the resources and tools necessary to achieve targets.
  • Contract Management: Keep contracts up to date within the system, input any changes to dates for orders, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Stock Control: Monitor stock availability and maintain continuity to support smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
