- Contacting pre-approved customers via the system within required timeframes
- Building rapport with customers and dealerships to achieve the best outcome
- Understanding customer needs to source their perfect car match
- Negotiating with dealerships to secure the best deals
- Liaising with customers and dealerships to ensure smooth, timely transactions
- Collaborating with the Personal Assistance team for a full handover to Customer Care
- Maintaining high standards of organisation and proactive task ownership
- Minimum 12–18 months’ experience in car finance brokerage (essential)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Proven track record of working towards and exceeding targets
- Knowledge of the car buying industry (desirable)
