eCommerce Sales Administrator

Kasmir Associates are exclusively recruiting for this award winning, leading licensee of branded home products, partnering with some of the biggest names in entertainment, gaming and pop culture.  The company designs fun, on-trend products.  Due to extensive growth, the business is looking for a detail-orientated eCommerce Sales Administrator, to join their team as they expand Amazon business across the UK and Europe

Are you detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and ready to be part of a fast-paced eCommerce team? We’re looking for an eCommerce Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations and growth of our Amazon marketplace across the UK and Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating and optimizing product listings across Amazon UK & EU marketplaces
  • Ensure content (titles, bullets, descriptions, A= content imagery) meets brand and platform standards
  • Monitoring sales, Buy Box status, and performance metrics
  • Managing backend tasks via Amazon Vendor Central (uploads, stock updates, returns)
  • Support the chargeback returns/processing resolution and compliance requirements
  • Work with logistics and customer services to ensure the smooth order flow and customer satisfaction
  • Tracking customer feedback and identifying trends
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing on seasonal launches and promotions
  • Providing regular sales reports and insights

To apply you will have:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in eCommerce, Amazon, or sales admin support
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central
  • Strong attention to detail and content management skills
  • Experience of handling product listings and digital content
  • Proficiency in Excel and working with data
  • Experience with CMS or PIM tools is a bonus!
