Junior Fashion & Textiles Administrator

 Hybrid / Office-Based (UK) | 7-month contract (may extend longer)
 

Our client, an award-winning licenced home textiles supplier, working with leading global brands including Disney, Paramount, Barbie, and Netflix. The business supply major UK and international retailers across the entertainment, gaming, sports, and brand sectors including Argos, Very, Grattan/Freemans, Amazon Vendor and Dunelm.  You will provide support to the UK Account Manager and work in the sales support team daily.  Full training will be provided, and you will be responsible for

  • Support UK, EMEA & GSA sales teams and liaise with major retail clients including Amazon Vendor, Argos, Very, Grattan/Freemans, and Dunelm.
  • Updating product information on Excel including pricing, product descriptions, material and the weight
  • Update product information and descriptions onto Amazon
  • Manage critical paths, pricing files, sales reports, quotations, and sample coordination.
  • Handle image/content requests, and order book tracking.
  • Collaborate with New product development, the creative and merchandising teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Attend and support client meetings where needed.

What’s required for the role:

  • Experience in sales support, product admin, ecommerce or account coordination (home textiles/fashion) would be a bonus
  • Would ideally suit a recent Fashion/Textiles graduate with some office/internship experience
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills essential
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and commercially minded.
  • Strong communicator and team player.
