We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead a busy leisure-based restaurant in the stunning surroundings of Cheddar. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing site with a strong team and impressive weekly turnover.

?? Location: Cheddar


?? Working Pattern:
Week 1: 6 days including weekends
Week 2: 4 days, no weekends
Hours: 8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00
Contracted Hours: 37.5 per week


?? Role Overview:
As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the unit, leading a team of 20, and ensuring smooth operations across both front and back of house. You'll be expected to roll up your sleeves and support in the kitchen when needed, maintaining high standards and driving performance.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of 20 across FOH and BOH
Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
Support kitchen operations during busy periods
Manage rotas, stock, ordering, and compliance
Drive sales and maintain weekly turnover of £15-£20K
Maintain health & safety and food hygiene standards
Report directly to senior management with performance updates
