Together, we’re helping Swytch find exceptional talent to fuel their mission: to make electric transport accessible and sustainable for everyone.As Financial Controller, you’ll report directly to the CFO and take full ownership of Swytch’s accounting, compliance, and treasury functions. You’ll lead a small, capable team and play a critical role in driving smart financial decisions at the heart of a business with global impact.Your role at Swytch
  • Manage all accounting activities: financial statements, monthly management accounts, and audits
  • Ensure tax compliance (corporation tax, UK & EU VAT)
  • Oversee cash flow and treasury operations, supporting long-term growth
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Optimise systems, controls, and financial processes
  • Deliver timely reports and financial analysis to support decision-making across the business
What we’re looking for:
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
  • Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar role, ideally within eCommerce or manufacturing
  • Skilled in Xero (or similar), with advanced Excel capabilities
  • A proactive leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for process improvement
  • Confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
