Our client is an award winning architectural practice based in Essex, they are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist with at least two years experience working on live projects focused in the residential sector.
The successful candidate will be qualified to HNC standard, with a good knowledge of
AutoCAD and Revit experience is welcome. A good understanding of the Building Regulations and NHBC Standards with experience of producing good working drawings and construction details, along with a good understanding of the planning process.
You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic and able to work to tight deadlines and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. In return, we offer a pleasant working environment and excellent prospects for the right individual. UK driving licence is required.
